RecommendedMRI tech was very nice and pleasant. US tech was not a caring people person. Front desk was pleasant.
I liked the fact that they were on time. Waited no more than a few minutes. Also the lady who helped me was quick and professional.
they were fast, no waiting. I walked in and was called back right away. no waiting and no appt necessary
I told her I am allergic to some dies she put me inside the machine and started things are going well till she starts the ivy’s immediately I feel badly Sick I am Throwing up in that small place I was choking in my own vomit. She forgot to provide me with alarm ball my hands is almost tied and she can’t hear me all I could do is make a lots of noise, it was a very very scary moment

Appointment and service was great. But, I tried to impress on tech that I needed results to Ironwood the next day. Was assured no problem. Next day at IronwoodCancer&Reasearch, no report. When you are worried about cancer, it’s the results that count. I was disappointed. Now another round of appointments and treatment delays because EVDI didn’t get the report out.
Right on schedule so only a few minutes to wait..was in and out in only 30 min.👍
I had an appointment time and didnt wait past my appointment time. I compliment the staff for answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable while being there. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.
They get you in fast and you don't feel rushed. Everyone seems to care and take care of you.
