Always great however when checked in with person she was hidden behind both her screens and never made any face to face connection . Seems like a very impersonal greeting
This was the first time I I had been to EVDI. The staff was pleasant and while they were very busy, the wait after checking in wasn’t too long. I had an open MRI and John was great. He talked me through the process, made sure I was comfortable throughout and was pleasant, professional and personable.
Whole experience was great!
