re-upholster couch I recently had evco re upholster my couch had no problems at first they pick up the couch Nicole came and did a estimate for the reholstery. on the invoice it was noted 4-6 weeks around the 6th week I called to see what the status was. was told they would have to get ahold of the production manager. waited 1 week still no call back had to call again for the status. was able to have couch delivered 11-25-08 but there was no armcovers on the couch and somethings were changed on the reholstery when on the inv... read more
Very Good Customers Service -- Knowledgeable Staff I had my dining room chairs reupholstered at Evco. I had gotten their name an ad on television, so I called to see how much it might run to reupholster my 6 chairs. Within days someone came to our home to show swatches of fabric. She was also very helpful when it came to picking out the fabric to go with the rest of our decor. Well, all said and done the price was very reasonable, the service was outstanding. We have taken furniture to Evco many times over the years. They are always accommodating and have excellent craftsmanship. I worked with Ashley last month and she was great! I wanted my chairs by a certain date, she said "maybe" then called two days before that date ..... they were ready for delivery! That was a wonderful surprise!!! She is professional and friendly.
