Provide CUSTOMER PRODUCT SUPPORT - Which they do not do whatsoever.
Sent a mower back to them at their request and have tried for three weeks now with no response from them. This mower has been nothing but trouble since bought it. Over a 100 emails over the years we have owned and still doesn't run. Customer service is horrid obviously.
Two weeks & 3 emails sent to try and receive an update on a repair to a $2,500+ machine with no response. Have tried to be friendly but being public is the only way to receive a response or help with this company. Beware.... still waiting for a response!
One of the best things I've ever bought. It's actually better than a riding mower because you can mow the whole yard while sitting in the shade of the patio.
