We had a large group, called ahead and they had our table ready. The food was phenomenal and staff was friendly! The tacos were amazing. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade, so I understand that mistakes happen. One mistake isn’t the issue. Repeated incompetence and terrible customer service are. The first time my order was wrong, I called the restaurant immediately after driving two hours away for work. I was told it wouldn’t happen again. I even said it wasn’t about the money. Used to go all the time. Definitely went down hill from price/quality. Twice now I've came in right at 12 or 12:30 (lunch hours) and ordered clearly that i want the Vera cruz lunch fajitas, ended up with the dinner option, bill shows up for twice as much, and shocker, "sorry" there's nothing they can do. Went to El Viejo on Twix town road and haven't been to Eva's since. Night and day difference.
