Horrible job.i have done permanent straightening there but next day i saw bangs in my hair and she refused to fix it.it wasn’t professional and after that i realized my hair got demage
Such friendly customer service and great atmosphere. I think a lot of people can’t seem to understand that when your hair is fully black, it’s extremely difficult to get it to a nice blonde/platinum colour. My hair was black and it took a few sessions to get to where I wanted to, but Eva was so amazing and helpful! Thank you!
Very much disappointed with the hair colour . As I asked her similar to the picture showed but it is no where close to what I asked. I clearly mentioned I don’t want brassy blonde but still got the same highlights. Feels like waisted my money 230$. I naively trusted her. Ended up being brassy orange colour.looked horrible! so upset.
Horrible job! Save your money n don’t get the hair colour from her please! Wasted $325 on ‘so called ‘ balayage. She never disclosed how much she would charge, or which colour she would give my hair.
