I ordered a half casket spray for my stepson. I called and spoke to a human being and asked for orange, blue and white flowers because he loved the Astros. I was told they don't have blue but would use lavender instead and I agreed to that. We got an ALL WHITE floral arrangement. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FLOWERS BY EVA!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! I wish I could give Flowers by Eva a negative five-star review. I order the Comforting Standing Spray (Premium - S13-4997s) Price: $270 for my aunt’s funeral, but a much smaller arrangement that looked nothing like what I had ordered was delivered. I'm from out of town and ordered by phone the Deluxe floor basket for a friend's funeral. The very small arrangement was in a plain glass vase and not the floor basket. The arrangement was nothing like the photo. I can understand receiving seasonal flowers but the lilies were not even open. Very disappointed.

This company is a complete scam. I paid over $100 for an arrangement that looks nothing like what was advertised. When I reached out to customer service they were rude and told me no refund would be issued.

Last Christmas I ordered a Christmas tree floral and ordered the largest one which cost more of course. However my mother received a small flower arrangement in a mug. This year for Mother’s Day i order another arrangement on Saturday morning and it still isn’t delivered. For Mother’s Day. Hmmmm. I’m being told I won’t get my money back and cant cancel. I’ll never use them again. Don’t recommend.
