I call at 10:00 to hopefully get something for my daughter and lady takes my order and says nothing about what is in stock. I get home from work and see an email saying that what I wanted wasn’t in stock and cancelled my order. How does a small business not know what’s in stock. I am so let down with them. I ordered a small tree to be delivered and then received an email that they didnt have what i wanted available and I understand that but they wanted to substitute for something else that I didnt like so I call their customer service number and asked if they could substitute for another arrangement like flowers any thing other then what they suggested I substitute for and I was told that is all they have available. No other flowers, trees, plants NOTHING. I am so let down. I heard such great things... read more
Somehow, people are confusing Eva’s with Ava’s. In 20 years, Eva has never disappointed. Birthdays, Christmas, anniversary, casket sprays. She’s my hero.
Flowers never delivered and no action taken. Phone number given is overseas with no help given. Extremely poor service. Not a local shop. Possibly a scam.
Ordered my girlfriend an arrangement from Eva’s Flowers. It was delivered the following day to her work. I saw the arrangement in the coming days and it looks amazing. Eva did an amazing job and I will definitely be using her again. Quality and design was definitely top shelf.
