Beware! This is the worst florist in California. The arrangement was pitiful at best, the forgot to deliver the chocolates and the special full size birthday card I paid for. Don't buy flowers from them. This was a $75.00 arrangement.
Ordered flowers for very special occasion for my wife. I was assured delivery would take place that day and flowers were in stock. At 5:30 that day received a text message that flowers were.not available and would instead be delivered the following day. Ridiculous.
Compare this photo to the Love and Tenderness bouquet on website, it is not the color or professional look that should come from a florist. As a retired floral designer, I was specific with my order, telling them I liked the photo color on the website for our 50th anniversary altar bouquet for Blessed Mother Mary. I did say it could be in utility vas and more one sided to show off flowers. I asked for delivery NLT 2pm to our hotel said delivery not guaranteed but they would put on morning delivery. Very Disappointed!!! I ordered a spray for our Aunt's services. A beautiful spray called "Elegant Embrace" . When I got to the church for services I was looking for it and didn't even know it was standing practically right in front of me! That's how totally different it looked from what I had ordered online. It was dull in color not the vibrant Pinks and all that was supposed to be in the arrangement.Needless to say I will not be using Flowers by Eva ever again! We were so disappointed with the flowers and service we received from this florist. Delivery wasn’t on the day requested and the flowers were left out in the elements in the next day. When I tried to talk to someone I was shuffled around from one person to the next and was never able to speak to a manager. They never apologized or tried to fix the problem! I will Never order from them again and tell everyone I know that this place is untrustworthy!
