Very Disappointed!!! I ordered a spray for our Aunt's services. A beautiful spray called "Elegant Embrace" . When I got to the church for services I was looking for it and didn't even know it was standing practically right in front of me! That's how totally different it looked from what I had ordered online. It was dull in color not the vibrant Pinks and all that was supposed to be in the arrangement.Needless to say I will not be using Flowers by Eva ever again! We were so disappointed with the flowers and service we received from this florist. Delivery wasn’t on the day requested and the flowers were left out in the elements in the next day. When I tried to talk to someone I was shuffled around from one person to the next and was never able to speak to a manager. They never apologized or tried to fix the problem! I will Never order from them again and tell everyone I know that this place is untrustworthy!
They did deliver the same day but not what I ordered. My order I paid for was a basket of colorful flowers and what I saw delivered was pink roses and white mums in a vase. I was supporting small business owner but not again. ☹️
Can't deny that the floral arrangement I ordered 3 days before they were to be delivered was exactly like I expected; beautiful, full, fresh etc. Problem was I was promised that delivering it by 8:30 am the morning of the funeral was no problem. I asked several times if they were sure it would be delivered before 9 am and was told "no problem". Got to the church at 8:45 and no flowers. Called and was told they were out for delivery. They delivered my arrangement to the wrong address and then brought a replacement that was 1/3 the size and of no use to me I tried to take it back to the florist that fulfilled the order but the storefront was vacant Eva Flowers refused to refund the full price and refunded 1/4 of what I paid Do not order anything from these people They are dishonest people
