Each time I go, the experience is progressively worse. Indifferent staff, and definitely makes my past good memories of going to Eva’s crumble like their stale pain au chocolat.
Ordered boulange Benedict. Stale toast. Hollandaise was way too vinegary. Service was very slow, even though not busy. On top of all that, menu was far too small.
Girl at counter is very loud and it can be embarrassing for customers. I had never been here before, so, I pointed out a couple pastries and then asked to sit. Very loudly, YOU WANT A TABLE, and threw menus on a table over the side wall. When the next couple refused the tiny table, she loudly stated, YOU DONT WANT THAT TABLE. They turned and left, I followed.
The baguette we brought home was delicious. Croissant with ham and cheese came to the table cold. This is really bad.
Great food, quaint atmosphere.
Absolutely delicious. Loved my mushroom and sundries tomato croque and latte. Best enjoyed with a good book. Extremely friendly staff as well.
Mac and cheese to die for!!
The Kouign Amman/Morning Bun is amazing and makes my heart sing!!!!
