Placed an appointment for my granddaughter and it was accepted through the online scheduler you use, call for confirmation and the person was very rude than I told him since you sound so angry I’ll cancel and find another stylist, you than text my phone wanting to be argumentative you got blocked very very unprofessional. Next time I’ll give you what you want, not impressed you lost out. You should learn proper phone manners and proper management of potential clients
I gave her a one-star because that's the lowest I could have given. Add an appointment I'm with their 15 minutes of Hannah time she wasn't there I called several times she didn't pick up so I stayed another 15 minutes and still was a no-show how unprofessional
I would not suggest going there the first thing I found irritating was she gave my girl a 10:00 appointment we arrived a few minutes before 10:00 come to find out by talking with her by phone that she hadn't arrived ok she tell my girl to give her an extra 30 minutes and we did but 15 minutes later she called my girl back and said can she come back tomorrow okay after we angry leave she called us back a couple hours later and said can you come in today at 6:00 p.m. keep in mind those appointment was at 10:00 a.m. never again... read more
