All I can say is don't bother. I am not even a patient yet but could get nowhere on the phone. Transferred through 4 people. The last one did not pick up. I stayed on hold until 5:15 thinking they would answer calls in queue. I called at 4:40 to get some very simple information that should have taken 10 minutes at most. I will stick with Baycare. Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Moreno takes her time with each patient. I feel heard when I am with her. Very happy with the level of care received.
Never able to get through to anyone when trying to refill prescriptions, the office is dead and yet sitting in exam rooms for over an hour waiting to be seen.
Staff is great once you get an appointment. Calling into this facility is horriable, long wait times, their call back system dose not work. Once you finally get a person they are always helpful, as long as they dont have to transfer you, that is another hold time!
