I've been renting for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The leasing office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or concerns I have. They make the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and their professionalism really stands out.

I strongly advise against renting from this property management company. My experience has been extremely negative due to serious health and safety hazards in the home, including black mold that was irresponsibly “painted over” instead of being properly addressed. I also suspect lead-based paint is present, which has contributed to severe health issues for my young daughter, requiring multiple hospital visits. The worst experience trying to get a property rented! Not only are they never available to show property after business hours, which is 5pm on weekdays for them, and 3:30pm on Fridays. Nor do they show property on the weekends, both of which are times when most people aren't working and can see a property. They also didn't even put a "for rent" sign in the yard.
