If I could leave no stars I would, this company purchased the apartment complex I was living in raised rent by two hundred and fifty five dollars, then when I stated I was not going to sign another lease then told me my deposit and last months rent was not on file and that I owed them an extra $580 also stating I did not give a proper 30 days notice which I had. I’m a neighbor to one of their properties have made the two women that run the company very aware of their tenant who busted out my window who looks in my window who tears up my home who her dog tear up my home. Vicious dogs say that they was gonna give a notice to get rid of the dogs or eviction. Then I was informed that they’re not gonna be evicting nor making her get rid of the dogs. If I could give zero stars, I would.I was renting from them during the pandemic.When they took my deposit to pay my rent, they said I would be square when I moved out after a year.When I moved out after that one year they took me to court without telling me and then gave me a court ordered payment for the deposit.They will steal money from you without telling you.They will lie to you whatever they have to do to get money. Do not rent from them.

I've had the pleasure of renting with this company for almost 12 years now and when I tell you I cant think of one bad thing to say about them, I mean it! The ladies that work in the office are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. You communicate with them as the tenant and they will do everything they can to help you. If I had to I'd rent from them for another 12 years easily!
