Just calling to find out where to go and the woman that answers the phone is so rude and unhelpful.
I have been here in the waiting room since before 7pm. And it's 2:39am and I have not been seen yet.But in less than a hour and a half 6 people have left.One guy and been here since 4:30pm and at 12:45am he told them he was leaving.Im in so much pain I want to yell.And people have been released from the hospital and they have not pulled anyone back in over a hour and 15 minutes. Got my stent out and the nurse was very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait forever because she “got behind.” But many people who had appointments scheduled after me were seen first.
Visited ER for horribly painful muscle strain. In agony for 5 hours in the lobby. Finally they give me 2 shots which do nothing at all. I was in the exact same position as when I arrived, I could NOT walk without being in extreme pain. They told me they had done all they could and I needed to leave. They fixed nothing and wheeled me out to my car I could barely drive. Apparently throwing your hands up and saying “oh well” is the philosophy for this hospital. I'll start by saying the nurses and drs have been amazing. This low review is for how loud it is at night time. My mom's in the icu and will be for a while. I haven't slept at all and have no idea how she has with her head hurting as bad as it does and how noisy it has been. Staff are talking at full volume in the halls, some of them yelling.
