They refused to help start my sons 30 year old Hinds Elite Scooter. I wanted to take it to him in Wisconsin and am very confident that draining the five year old gas and oil, and putting a new spark plug in would do the job but they refused to work on a scooter that old even though it has less than 2,000 miles on it. I told them when I paid over a thousand dollars for the bike I bought it new from a Honda dealer and they never told me that their warrrenty had a time limit. I give them a very poor rating. First of all they took 1 1/2 months to fix my clutch plates. In the process of fixing my clutch plate they broke my lifter pin and the price that grabs it. They replaced it all over again. Same thing I get down the road and clutch messes up again. I take it to a different mechanic and they tell me whoever was replacing my clutch plates didn't replace all my clutch plates. And it causes it to keep burning right back up. Took my bike gave them my filters and oil 3.5 hours later charged me $303 gave me discount $269 DONT EVER GO THERE:/ I would never go back and just called other shop and they told me they are usually charging $50.
Rode all the way from Louisville to come see these guys. Eddie and Steve-O took good care of me and my bike, answered all my questions and gave a decent price for their work. 9/10, will be coming back for a re-tuning. :)
