Evansville Historic Homes is my landlord. They are much better than the previous owners of ERS Management. They do repairs as needed and usually it is within 24 hours. Lukas, the former manager is a nice guy but he is limited to what he is allowed to do. The new manager is Michelle Stanger who is totally inexperienced. She is what was told to do by her boss Whitney who has even less experience. It's pretty obvious what they are trying to do is dump this place.
