We always have a great experience anytime we visit Evansville Eyecare Associates! Whether it's on the phone or in-person, the doctors and all of the staff are friendly, personable, helpful, and professional. We have always received excellent service. Their selection of frames cannot be beat! I receive compliments on my frames all the time! There's something for everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye care!
While the staff is professional and congenial, there seem to be some significant gaps in the processes of the entire facility. My experience with Evansville Eye Care Associates has been a debacle. The first appointment went smoothly, and an order for new glasses was placed. I got a call the next day stating that they did not get all the correct measurements and needed me to return. Dr. King and the front office are always so friendly from the moment I check in until I make my payment (which is sometimes complicated). I have NOTHING but great things to say about this team. Thank you for taking such good care of me each year!
Great experience with Dr.Hayden! He got me right in Thursday afternoon when my family doc called him with my eye emergency! He was very thorough and I was in and out! Great service and great staff! Highly recommend
