tried CrossFit for the first time today with no knowledge or experience whatsoever. I felt challenged and empowered. the coach was helpful in answering my questions and giving me a modified workout 😄
They are a fun crew to workout with and topnotch trainers! Definitely a CrossFit gym that will push you out of your comfort zone!
I was invited by my friend to the Labor Day WOD what an amazing group of ppl everyone was very friendly the coaches were very knowledgeable and very approachable answered all my questions a very good place to do crossfit!
