ER is a joke. bruised every time they do a IV , waiting time is horrible , the young male receptionist is very snooty and pushy, he really insulted me. If i have a choice i will never go to Evanston again !
What 1 Hospital in a small town doesn't take care of our nation's Vets because they don't do billing for them?! This Hospital! It's a national abomination and so unheard of! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard of a one hospital town who does not care enough about people who've protected our freedoms being hung out to dry because the only hospital in town won't do VA billing. Just...wow!
I had a great experience with Labor and Delivery. However, the billing center is a complete joke and I hope I never have to deal with them again. If I can, I will always go to Utah.
The Dr, nurses, and other staff in the labor/delivery and especially the maternity ward nurses were amazing and took great care of us! Very professional and kind. Even the housekeeping and cooking staff made our stay as enjoyable as it could be. The billing dept billed our insurance correctly the first time so no hassle there which was great. There was even a phone survey a few days after to see how we thought the staff and facility did.
Labor/delivery and the nursery staff were great with our newborn. Dr. Ching was great as usual although she isn't employed directly by the hospital. We wouldn't have went anywhere else :-)
Extremely helpful staff, not just going through the customer service routines but genuine caring, also knowledgeable.
