I’ve lived in Evanston my entire life and have frequently used Evanston Hospital services and today I was applauded by the experience my mother and I had. She is 81 yo and was rushed to the ER by the paramedics. She has been sitting in the waiting room for 5.5 hours with chronic pain. There has been no movement in this waiting room with 20+ people (half elderly) just sitting. The worst ever need to work on there wait times for there patient's
We had to take our toddler in for a potential injury and were pleased with the care from start to finish. Dr. Griffin was fantastic and has wonderful bedside manner. We were impressed with the entire staff, from security, to nurses, registrar, and techs. We are grateful to the whole team for the fantastic care we received.
Horrible Customer Service
Horrible service. You can wait two to three hours and nothing.
