These five stars are specifically for Nurse Anna. Anna, you are truly one of a kind. I’ve never seen my mom trust a nurse so quickly and so deeply— and I can see why. Your genuine care for her and for me and my brother last night will never be forgotten. I wish everyone could have a nurse like you.

I went to the Evanston Hospital ER on July 13, 2025, for mild abdominal discomfort. I explicitly asked the doctor and front desk staff whether the visit would be fully covered by my Aetna student insurance. I was told multiple times that I would only need to pay $100. Based on that assurance, I agreed to proceed. Now I’m being billed over $3,000, with $361 already charged to me. Customer Service is Non Existent! CS Advocate Office is never available if you have a Complaint! It’s a complete and utter disaster! P.s. I can’t imagine any Hospital in the U.S. that would have such a low rating of 1.9 stars ! The Corporate Staff is simply not interested in any Customer Complaints and simply ignores them! Simply mind blowing! All calls to the Medical Group ( Doctors) are answered in the Philippines! Those “ agents” are answering call from Patients ??? Really ??
