There was a real bad smell throughout the store

Well I have a problem with the bake shop. I went in and placed an order with the manager Anna and paid for the cake only to come pick it up and she had never made it!!! My son was very disappointed that he had no cake for his birthday! I will never order a cake from there again. Every year I order this year they screwed up big time. Never again!!!! Thumbs way down!
Good price on food and friendly service. Management leaves a lot to be desired. 11:00 on a Saturday night with 15 people in line (most with full buggies) and only the self checkout open (only one of which takes cash). If I wanted to ring up groceries I would submit an application and get paid to do so. This after you charged 7¢\bag for over a month when you are not in the city of Chicago. Here is an idea, take that money that you swindled out of us and pay a cashier to ring people up. Also your coin star hardly ever works.
