I've been going here for years for my hearing difficulty. Dr. Mayo is knowledgeable and kind. She takes the time to listen when I have a problem with my aids and always makes sure everything is working properly. The folks in the office are great at reminding me to schedule follow up appointments and calling to remind you when appointment times are approaching. I'd highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new hearing doctor.
Advanced Hearing and Balance offers a pleasant and highly professional experience. Dr. Mayo clearly knows her stuff. She is patient and professional when I come to her with hearing aid problems and she has helped me explore possibilities for lower-cost hearing aids. I highly recommend her to anyone with hearing problems.
