Love this place! Friendly staff, a variety of classes, good-sized swimming pool, and clean facilities. No excuse to skip a workout. ;-)

There's a guy named Chris that's really-really-ridiculously-good-looking
Muscle definition class with Steve will kick your a$s, but you'll see results in weeks. Ie, worth the pain!

Bootcamp classes with Jenna are a great deal and Jenna is an awesome trainer. Also live music spin on Wednesdays is the best!!
