I have been to this location 3 times now. The doctors and receptionists are very friendly and kind. My only complaint was that I came in to get a doctor's note and voice my concerns to the doctor. I waited for almost over an hour to be seen for them to give me a doctors note and tell me to stay hydrated. They spent maybe only 5 minutes with me when they spent around 10 or more minutes with the previous patient. It made me feel like my time or concerns were not important.

None of the hand sanitizer stations work, and the place smells like sweat. Taking your blood pressure the exact second you sit down is also lazy medical practice. Unfortunately, the wait times can be egregious. I understand this is just the nature of these clinics, but it really sucks when you book an appointment then can’t see your doctor until an hour plus after your actual appointment time (if even then…). Very bad timing by doctors and receptionist! After you book appointment and you gonna wait at least 45 mins pass your appointment time. Very frustrating place !!!!! Worst clinic in EDM !!!!

I have been struggling for three years trying to get anyone in the medical system to look at the big picture instead of focusing on one tiny piece at a time. Evandale Health Centre — Review A quick note up front: this is a review of the clinic itself, with a bit about the doctor, because both matter. Good care is more than the person in the exam room.
