Michael and his team are true experts and very experienced. They are also pleasant to work with, polite and considerate. One massive differentiation that I noticed was that they went down in the crawl space and sprayed there which is where ants tend to come up into the house. They also sprayed the outside. Further, they did a light odorless "bate" type spray on the inside along all of the base boards so that any remaining ants would take the bate and go back to the nest thus wiping out the rest.
