Incompotent, Dishonest or Both – I purchased a home from Evans and Wallace. They are professional house flippers, who purchase properties, "rehab" them under their contractors license and then sell them. I don't know how they got the city to sign off on the permits, but I'm now up to my eyeballs in structural failure. Numerous independent reviews have described their work as "criminal". They purposefully violated building codes, disguised that, and then disclosed nothing at the sale. Beware, beware.
