He was fast, friendly, and got the work done at a reasonable price. The diffman earned his name, he’s good.
The front differential on my Touareg was getting quite loud and in desperate need of replacement or rebuild. Not wanting to gamble on a used diff, I decided to have it rebuilt. Morgan was able to get my diff torn down, rebuilt, and back in the mail within a day of receiving it! He sent me photos of the old damaged bearings and had stellar communication throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend The Diffman for anyone looking to have their diff rebuilt!
I was at my wits end with my Audi since my front differential was on the verge of grenading. Shops were quoting outrageous prices and I couldn’t find a new one to buy. Someone said to reach out to The Diffman and I’m so glad I did! Communication was excellent and instructions were very clear to send the diff to him. Turnaround time was also very quick and the price he gave me for rebuilding it was very reasonable and fair. I’m very pleased with my rebuilt diff and so glad to have my car back and driveable! Thank you!!
I ordered a set of Cayenne Turbo diffs (3.27) for my GTS (4.1) gears for added fuel economy and drivability. Morgan was excellent, sourced the diffs, rebuilt them with parts I couldn't find and shipped them well so they arrived undamaged, despite the odd shape and weight. Fuel economy increased by 3mpg's, it's more fun to drive and The Diffman made it happen. I look forward to doing business with again!
