It had been a while since I’d had my eyes done, i scheduled an appointment, got my updated prescription and went as far as to purchase glasses from them, rather than online. BIG MISTAKE. Not only are they more expensive, a more limited selection, but they upsold me on lenses, specifically more expensive lenses. Placed my order for what I thought were progressive bifocal lenses with transitions and various coatings, I was given a receipt for the total (not itemized). After waiting 3 weeks (as expected), I finally got to pick them up, and received normal bifocal lenses. They said since it was their mistake, they are happy to remake the lenses for an additional $650.
