Placed my order for what I thought were progressive bifocal lenses with transitions and various coatings, I was given a receipt for the total (not itemized). After waiting 3 weeks (as expected), I finally got to pick them up, and received normal bifocal lenses. I'm not typically one to review a place, but they are unprofessional here. About a month ago I had gone to pick up some glasses and when they were making adjustments, the worker there broke them. I understand mistakes happen, so I stayed quiet and watched how the situation would be handled. 12/26/25. My wife and I went in for our yearly appointment and, as always, we had a great experience. We've been using the same optometrist for four years and we love her. The entire staff is amazing; we just picked one since we go together. They all take the time to recommend the tests you need depending on your health needs. I'm diabetic, so I'm given a different test than my wife. Afterwards, they explain the results in detail and the concerns they see that we need to correct.
