Called twice and left messages and never got a call back or an answer the other 4 times I called.
Steve tuned a 50 year old piano I inherited that hadn’t been tuned in 30 years. It sounds so much better, and now I realize how grimy the keys were when he was tuning it. He didn’t complain once about it. Great experience.
Was on time, super nice, and very knowledgeable in the piano field. Much recommended.
