worst apartment living, there is no management or stable management, they don't fix anything this business just collects a paycheck from residents without working or earning it, they have a terrible tow company threaten to tow tenants vehicles without realizing that the light rail or business people who park at the building don't have placards it's a half butt property with incompetent staff
I toured the community a few months ago and loved it! Reva, the community manager is super cool and is a pleasure to speak to. If you ever have any questions or concerns do not ever hesitate to contact either she or her assistant. My hope is to make Evans Station Lofts my new home at some point soon. I hope Reva and her assistant continue to work at this property. �
