Appointments made months ago being canceled and being moved without proper notification after giving both home and work numbers is unbelievable. There are professional ways to do things and that isn’t it.
Excellent costumer service, Aubree always sweet and professional. I get very anxious and nervous but she always make me feel good.
Editing my previous review: This practice has become more focused on sales than patient care. My hygienist spent the first 10 minutes trying to upsell services, then rushed through a cleaning that felt incomplete. Immediately after, a dentist I had never met (the third different dentist I’ve seen here in one year, with no notice) walked in without introduction, referenced a 6-month-old X-ray, and told me I have two cavities that need to be fixed “immediately.” When I asked why these cavities were not mentioned at my last vis... read more
