They do great honest work!
I had another company come and mess around, ending up charging me $350 for nothing. I then called Evans Redmond, told them my A/C problem. They came promptly, diagnosed the real issue, figured out that my HOA was responsible for the costs, fixed the problem, and I have clean very frosty A/C now. I can't recommend them highly enough! Very professional and solved all my mechanical problems. I recommend them to anyone in Denver!
I paid over $14,000 for work that they performed. Not only they didn't the basic code (i.e. spacing on wall mounts for piping) for inspector didn't approve the work, they didn't want to come back to fix the issues. On top of that then entire HVAC system that they hooked up wasn't working properly. Brian (son of the owner) has agreed to send someone to fix it and the person never showed up. The job mentioned by Michael was done to the specifications that they wanted. We were hired to install used equipment that they purchased. It was the wrong equipment for the application that they needed and piped by another contractor who did it completely wrong and had to be removed (by them). After the correct equipment was bought (by them) we installed the piping.
