I rented from Evans properties in McFarland from June 2021 and moved out in April of 2022 and I'm leaving this comprehensive review in order to hopefully inform individuals what they are getting into. I'm going to rate them in four categories: Overall, renting process, property, and service. Dishwasher leaked- although I would have liked a new dishwasher installed, a very pleasant serviceman was quickly dispatched as well as a cleaning crew to soak water out of the carpet and remove mold that had built up. Anytime We asked for service (clean hallway, replace burnt out light bulbs), it has always been handled in a timely manner.
The landlords have been taken care of all our needs directly. Have not had any bad experience with Evans Properties.
So far your management teak works very well together and it is nice that everything is spelled out. Always there when promised. Great job.
