They charged us for prescriptions we never got..... have left 10 voicemails and emailed as well. They won’t respond and have not refunded us. I have contacted an attorney. Do not let them set you up on automatic draft or they will have access to your account!!!!! I had to pay the bank $25 to block them from continuing to debit our account.
I decided to quite using this pharmacy due to their regular communication. There was a point where due to one of their ladies there putting in false information about supposedly contacting me , I never was able to to get my anxiety meds before I ran out! another time also due to their lack of proper communication I was not able to get my seizure meds. Very courteous and helpful staff. Everyone is always smiling and willing to assist.
The pharmacist slammed my meds on the counter and appeared to be really annoyed for having taken the time to fill my script. I feel like I was not welcome and barely tolerated. If I could change pharmacies I would but the program I am going through only works with this pharmacy. I plan on speaking to my Dr and case worker about this incident.
Kind, courteous and so generous! Thanks for delivering my prescriptions straight to my door!
