Staff are very friendly and professional. When somethings wrong they fix it right away. This is a place I love to call home
Everything you need in an apartment and affordable. Bedroom in the 1 bed units are huge. Nice sized balcony too. Laundry room on the first floor that costs 2 bucks each for a wash and dry cycle. Included garage with opener. Probably wouldn't fit a full-size truck, but that is my only complaint. Overall, very satisfied with Evan's Place 1!
