I submitted a request around 4 PM and they had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. They came in around 9 AM and were done by 9:50 AM the next day. They were professional and respectful of my space and put everything back where it was supposed to go, very thankful.
We've been living at Evans Place III for the last 4 years we've had a great experience, the office and maintenance are always quick to respond. All my neighbors are nice and friendly and haven't had issues.
It was a very easy move into the building. The management staff is great. The maintenance staff Is great. The build is clean and quite. Best place to live.
