They treated my family terribly and wouldn't allow us to opt out of Non medically necessary screenings. The Eye tech was condescending, rude, and tried to manipulate us. There are many better options for eye care in this community.
Called the location on McCarty Ln to schedule appointments, got sent 4 confirmations with no indication of the location. The day of our appointments we go to the McCarty location and are told that we are supposed to be at the South location - we get told that there is a strict 10 minute late policy and that they would call the south office to let them know our situation. The Dr. and staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Their equipment is state of the art! I've been coming here over 10 years. The new renovations are great!
Called to gain info on possible doing business with this clinic and the lady that answered my call was rude to the point I ended the call before even scheduling an appointment! When the bad day this woman was having transfers thru into a business call, not very good for business and I’ll take mine somewhere else!
