Completely incompetent. Twice now I have been given incorrect prescriptions, and then gaslit when I say something is wrong. The first time I was given a prescription for a diameter that doesn’t even exist. This time I was given a MASSIVE undercorrection and told that no, that’s my new prescription. Then why can’t I see road signs anymore? I called again saying something is definitely wrong: my old prescription was -4.5. My new prescription is -3. So my eyes suddenly got better after 40 years? Took an eye exam and purchased a pair of prescription glasses. Dr. Werkmeister and the staff were helpful and patient.
