Mike is a professional and trustworthy mechanic. His prices are beyond fair. My husband and I trust him to service all of our vehicles
He didn't give a quote before doing the work and then charged me $850 for safety and a $20 part. Don't know if he just thought I was stupid, but I disputed the charges because under Ontario law I didn't have to give him ANYTHING since he didn't give me a quote. However, I felt pity for such a pathetic man so I gave him some money anyway. I would highly recommend you stay away from his business. Especially if you are a young woman, he will try to take advantage. Attached is the invoice he sent me for proof.
Mike and his team are fantastic! They’re very knowledgeable and competent, especially when it comes to German vehicles. I fully trust his expertise with my E92 and W212, which have had a Vanos Gasket and Purge Valve replaced respectively Pricing is very up front and honest.
Genuine decent guy. Doesn’t try to upsell, overcharge or act like a know it all. He helps fix the exact problem. Would recommend to anyone.
