We had a little difficulty establishing an agreement and timeframe for work to be performed. But, once Mr. Evans's team started the performance was exceptional. In addition to removing popcorn texture, he replaced ceilings in two rooms, resealed weatherproofing along the fireplace chimney, painted and cleaned up. Mr. Evans is very knowledgeable about the work his group did. The paint job was good, as were house repairs for bad wood, rotting soffit boards. However, the painters did not put cloth or some kind of cover down over my brick window sills, brick edging on front porch, front steps, brick wall around carport. As a result I have white paint spots all over the brick. I am currently scraping it off with a nail head. Very tedious. Not all comes off.
The first two estimates I was given, as to when the work would get done, were not accurate, but once they got out there, the worker was friendly, did an excellent job, and did it quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I hired Evans Painting Company to paint our masonite home in Woodcroft and repair dry rot on our trim and screened in porch. The project was top notch from initial inquiry through delivery.
