The food and the service our fantastic
We visited for lunch recently whilst on holiday from the UK. We drove from Las Vegas for a meal in Boulder and were not disappointed. We had a lovely warm welcome from Anita, and I ate the best, most flavoursome and most tender 18 ounce rib-eye that I have ever eaten. I would definitely recommend Evan's and would certainly go out of my way to drive there if in the region.

It is rare to find a restaurant that is intimate & cozy withal menu that is extensive, offering some rare finds anymore. Ex: trout, or liver & onions, chicken cordon blue or prime rib. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✅
Great food! The Filet Medallions were awesome so soft it cut like butter. Everything on my plate tantalized my tastebuds. From the salad to the breadsticks, it was delicious!
