tom is a great advice guy. told me [on the phone] a simple way to charge an auxiliary battery and how to power a dc-to-dc step-down adaptor to my monitor.
This dude is retired but he answered the phone and explained exactly how to take off and fix our toilet in our RV! He even offered to facetime if we needed help (very impressive, this dude sounds like he's at least 80) but I didn't need to because his instructions were so good! (I am a general contractor and I travel with all my essential tools) what a great guy!
