Overcharged the shipping cost for 1 lb item, it's triple time of the regular public cost. No sense. Not reliable. Need to check the hidden cost prior to placing an order with this company. If there is a zero star option, we would like to go for it.

We ordered custom bags for our destination wedding. The bags arrived several days late (after the wedding). The company refused a refund and now we are stuck with a product we have no use for and a pretty large bill.
