Disappointed with the lack of follow up. On April 24th, an Evans Landscaping dump truck dropped rocks that cracked my windshield in several places. I called their office right away, the woman I spoke with was polite, took my information, and assured me someone would follow up. After hearing nothing for weeks, I called again on May 15th and spoke to the same person. I explained that if I didn’t hear back by Wednesday, May 21st, I’d need to move forward through my insurance. Have great mulch, but the employees all seemed annoyed and bothered helping customers. They did load the mulch into my car for me though which was nice

Was there today, very disappointed. The guy on the loader was unprofessional and deserves to be put in the stock room. He kept referring to me as " too thick for a boy" and kept saying "if I wasn't married.." and trailing off. I felt unsafe the entire time, bordering on being catcalled

I've managed to avoid this place for many years until this week. Terribly unprofessional and rude.
