TERRIBLE customer service. Incredibly rude and impatient, they treat you like you ask stupid questions - I’ve been in the industry for years and have never encountered a company with such obvious anger issues. There’s so many better places to get materials. BONUS: this company was also found to be dumping toxic waste in the Miami river and this tracks for their garbage attitude.
This place is absolutely terrible. The manager there was wigging out because my truck wasn’t perfect. I didn’t know what he wanted me to do so he just started laying on his loader horn so I jumped out and started yelling at him and saying communicate this is freaking bull. Crap I have problems with you every time I come here and he told me to stop yelling, and then he proceeded to go put the mulch back in the pile and telling me he wasn’t going to load me after I just paid 200 and some bucks for Mulch so I sat there and wait... read more
Office staff will gladly tell you how much material your vehicle will hold and vehemently refuse to put more on it, even if within legal weight limits
Office people are great but if you don’t position your truck in the most perfect position the loader gets super upset and might start crying.
