I'm 61 now and I had a hockey injury to R knee.Arthrotamy was performed in 1979 he suggested stay off the skates!!!I continued to play.complete rebuild knee,ligaments cartilage,muscle,tendons and he had to in 8 large stapeles holding my muscles to my bones,casted just for 6 months.3 months in a much smaller cast and now I'm great.Your the best ,DR.Evans Living about 30 miles from city and I !!!ride now
