I saw Dr Evans to treat a kidney stone. 1. Missed callback: I was in pain prior to my initial appointment and called the Dr’s office. I explained the situation to his assistant and she committed to calling me back after talking to the doctor. I never response! 2. Transactional Appointment: When I met with the Dr I felt the appointment was rushed. There was zero attempt to create a connection. 3. DR EVANS has been my urologist sense October of 2018 . he is an OUTSTANDING doctor who passes knowledge in simple terms and visuals. His demeanor is so refreshing that he shows the utmost of concern and empathy in a professional way sprinkled with humor.
