I had a great experience with Dr. Evans. He was knowledgeable and attentive. The experience scheduling the appointment, however, was not good. I was on hold for 10+ minutes before being able to elect to get a callback. The call back took over 24 hours, and the appointment took a month to get to.
Overall service has been good but the wait time to see the doctors that I need to see for medical issues I am having is very long.
Dr Evans was personable and knowledgeable about my problem. He gave clear understandable information and gave me a handout outlining what steps to take now. Very good visit.
