Dr Evans is the greatest!!
He is very attentive and thorough in his work. He is approachable and didn't use a lot of medical jargon. He seems to know what he is doing. Definitely enjoyed the visit and answered all of my questions

He was awesome covered everything clearly
When I checked in, I was given a questionnaire to complete; however, it was essentially the same form I'd already filled out online during pre-check-in. Other than that, the staff and my provider's assistant were extremely helpful & polite, and the provider seemed acquainted with my history and my questions.

Dr. Evans is a great listener who gave me confidence regarding his knowledge and expertise. The feedback that he provided to me was easy to understand and very Informative. We agreed on a plan for me going forward that I feel very good about.
