unorganised , non polite rude and most non friendly freight consolidators i have ever come across in my life. To deliver less than 2 CBM of cargo (37 boxes) instead of delivering by small truck, they sent a 40ft trailer to residential area where truck stopped on road and i had to personally go on road to collect damaged boxes one by one from truck and moved to my house , I was charged for DDP and got 3rd class service .. Will never use this company again .
