Setting up the auto insurance policies was very efficient as Steven gave us clear and concise information on the various options. As for the house policy, due to the age and unique structure of the house, the pros and cons of various scenarios were more complicated. Steven did a great job of helping us make decisions and wrap up the whole transaction in good time. The cost of both the auto and house policies was very competitive, and we are very pleased with the results.
