I just wanted to say “Thank You” to Scott Evans and the team at Infiniti of Dayton. We recently had a horrible experience with Infiniti of Cincinnati which brought us back to Scott. Infiniti stood behind their product and worked with us to declare our 2019 QX80 a lemon and get us into a new 2020 today. Everything was ready to go as requested when I showed up and I was in and out of their office in 15 minutes. Best customer service I have ever had. Looking for a straight forward experience?
