Had a home inspection done, never checked to make sure the AC worked and just checked that air blew out of the registers. Had to get the AC replaced after moving in because the AC didn't work.
Mr. Evans did a great job explaining everything to us and was very punctual.
Truly the most thorough and easy to work with home inspector around! Very honest and trustworthy. Extremely knowledgeable and always out to protect the buyer. Would never use anyone else. Thanks so much, Jimmie!
